I'm pretty sure that Aura of Restoration is effected by the Attunements. You really won't be getting much healing out of that, at all.

And Light of Dwayna is nigh useless As an Elementalist, it's unlikely you'll ever be the last one standing, or even one of the last ones standing (unless you're in a group with no Rangers or Warriors). Not to mention the radius on it isn't that great.
